hello, I have used various versions of ISE/Impact over the years mainly for Production programming. I use batch files to automate device programming. We are now using an Artix 7 device which is only supported with Vivado however all our old designs are still required. My question: Can Vivado programmer be used for old 9500 cplds and Spartan 3E devices in a batch mode. Vivado only seems to support bit files which we do not have - we only have mcs & jed files for config & cpld devices. Even with the new Artix 7 & Vivado will I be able to use command line batch files to automate programming ? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
