GN400 Engine Question

I've got a GN400 and when I bought it I was given another GN400 engine. I Love riding my bikes, but technically I am useless. I was wanting to sell the engine on ebay, but was wondering:

What exactly is this and what should I list it as?

How musch should I list it for?
