hello, I recently picked up slightly used gtx 1080 SC under 400 couldnt pass up that deal, already have 1080 FTW. Ordered EVGA SLI HB bridge and attempted this simple install. Well it didnt go as planed. FTW is 10.50" x 5.06" and SC is 10.50" x 4.38" SLI bridge wouldnt reach the other card at that angle. I was ready to ebay it, since even if I was to settle for dual flex bridges I would lose on the performance when playing above 1440p. So I realized something, I moved the FTW to lower PCIe slot and SC to top PCIe, this shaved off few millimeters, still wasnt enough to snug in. I took the SLI bridge apart to see how it looks like, and realized I will give it nice flex! Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
